Depending on how you use the website or contact us, we may process personal data that you provide yourself, in particular your name, your contact details and the content of your communication, together with certain technical data connected with the use of the website.

Depending on the particular case, we may process personal data in order to reply to an enquiry and communicate with you, to take steps at your request before a possible engagement, to provide legal services once a lawyer-client relationship has been established, to comply with statutory and professional duties, to protect legitimate interests and legal claims, to keep the website secure and working, and to analyse the use of the site where consent has been given for that purpose.

Confidentiality of communications

Contacting the firm through the website or by email does not, of itself, establish a lawyer-client relationship, and it does not mean that we have accepted the instruction.

We handle the information you send us with due care and in accordance with the rules of the legal profession and of data protection.

Recipients and retention

Where necessary, data may be available to providers of technical, hosting and IT services. The website is hosted by Vercel. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 receives data on the use of the site. We require an appropriate level of protection from providers that process data on our behalf.

We keep data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as is required or permitted by statutory, regulatory and professional duties.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances of the processing, you may request access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
